This Privacy Policy explains how Centabatch ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and application.

  • Contact details you provide voluntarily, such as the email address you submit to join the waitlist.
  • Account information if and when accounts are introduced.
  • Content you create in the app (prompts, generated images and videos), stored in your workspace.
  • Basic usage data needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To operate the service, respond to your requests, send you product updates if you opt in, and improve Centabatch. We do not sell your personal information.

Where data is stored

Centabatch runs on Google Cloud. Your content and data are stored in Google Cloud services (including Cloud Storage and Vertex AI) in line with Google Cloud's security and privacy practices.

Third-party tools

Creating a finished video may involve external tools you choose to use, such as Suno (music) and ElevenLabs (voiceover). Those services have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
